What can I find in the kitchen?
Our kitchens come equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, utensils, cutlery and crockery, hob, oven, fridge-freezer and tea towels.

What can I find in the bedrooms?
Every bedroom includes bed linen, duvets and pillows. You will also find a set of bath towels per guest.
Please note: you need to provide your own beach towels.
What can I find in the bathrooms?
Bathrooms are equipped with a hand towel, floor mat, toilet paper and hand soap.
Please note: beach towels are not provided.
Are there any other amenities in the property?
Yes, you will also find a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a drying rack, cable TV and free WiFi.
Can we have a party on the property?
Parties on the property must be contained to the number of booking guests. Hen and Stag Nights are not permitted on the property.
We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours, please avoid loud music by the pool after 23:00 as per local regulations.
Is there private parking for the properties?
No, we do not offer private parking. Street parking in the area is never a problem.
Are there mosquitoes in Gozo?
Yes, there are mosquitoes in Malta and Gozo, but they do not carry infectious diseases.
We recommend using citronella candles by the pool deck, the house is also equipped with insect screens and nets.
Do you accept pets on the property?
Pets are not allowed on the property. You will however be welcomed by friendly neighbourhood cats - please do not let them in the house.
Would you be able to help us with airport transfers and car rental in Malta and Gozo?
We can recommend a reliable firm which will handle your airport transfers and car rental. You can also visit Malta Public Transport to plan your journey by bus.
Is there an eco-tax in Malta and Gozo?
Yes, all locals and visitors (18+) renting property in Malta and Gozo need to pay an eco-tax of €0.50 per person per night. This is capped at €5 for the entire stay per person.
Please note: this is paid in cash only and will be collected by one of our staff during your visit.
What sort of power sockets do you have?
We use BS standard power outlet sockets. It is advisable to bring your own converter plugs.
Please note: the electrical supply is 230 volts / -10%. The frequency of the supply is 50 hertz.
What kind of shops can we find near the properties?
Arkadia and Lidl, both found in Rabat Victoria, Gozo are well-stocked supermarkets. Small grocers in both Munxar and Zebbug can be found a few meters from the property.
Is there anything we will need to do to the pool?
Our pools are ready-to-use upon your visit. Pumps will be turned on automatically and our pool attendant will check the pool half way through your visit.
Can we use sun lotion in the pool?
No. We emphasise that using sun protection, oils or lotion in the pool will damage the water quality and pumps during your visit and then after.
This is a costly servicing procedure. It is your responsibility to ensure that all lotions are removed before entering the pool.
What are the waste pick up times?
You will find an updated timetable for all waste separation pick up times in the kitchen of our properties.
What are the check in and check out times?
Property will be ready for check in by 15:00 while check out is at 11:00.
Direct airport transfers can be organised. This is convenient for Late Arrivals.
