Terms & Conditions 

The following terms and conditions apply to all of our property rentals

Booking & Payment Terms 

 

All quoted prices and all payments due are in EURO.

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, this must reach us within 7 days from the date of confirmation or within 3 days if the rental period starts in 8 days or less. Payments accepted by bank transfer.

The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurances against personal injury, damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.

We hold a strict no cancellation policy. However, we may offer alternative dates should there be a valid reason for cancellation.

 

COVID-19 

 

If travel is not possible due to COVID-19 related restrictions, either alternative dates or refunds will be offered.

We will request a deposit of €250.00 (two hundred and fifty) against damages in addition to the outstanding rental balance due on arrival.

We will need to collect Eco/Bed TAX. This is calculated at €0.50c per adult, per night and is currently capped at €5.

Arrival & Departure 

Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

 

Please check-out by 11:00am in order for us to prepare the property for the next incoming guests.

 

General Property Regulations

 

Please note that only visitors booked through Gozo Holiday Farmhouse are permitted on the premises, unless with our express permission.

Any breach of this condition will be subject to either an additional payment or a request to vacate the premises without notice. Additional payments will be charged based on the booking’s full stay, at the full rate.

No pets are allowed unless with our express permission.

We shall not be responsible for any noise or disturbance going on in the nearby area such as traffic or construction work.

Moving of furniture is highly discouraged, but if you do move beds, take special care of stone floors, as they are highly abrasive and damaged easily. Damages are costly. Kindly, move all furniture back in place, before check-out.

Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.

A change of linen and bath towels is provided every 7 nights.

There will be an additional charge for gas heating in the winter months.

No sub-letting or lending of the property is permissible under any circumstance.

The deposit will be refunded after inspection and once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. This is to happen within 7 working days.

Although we try to maintain accurate descriptions of all our properties, we cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies, as our property specifications change from time to time.

 

If there is anything you want us to specifically verify, then please state this clearly during your communication with us prior to or during the booking process.  

If you come across any errors, we would be grateful if you could point these out to us so they can be rectified.
